Our traditional biltong range
Every batch is air-dried in small quantities at our own facility, using 100% grass-fed British and Irish beef. No shortcuts, no rushing the drying — the same method the family has used for 25 years, brought over from Zimbabwe.
Original is the classic: coriander, black pepper and a traditional vinegar cure. Chilli adds a slow peri peri heat. Teriyaki is the modern one — smoky, a little sweet, and the flavour most people are surprised by. All three are Great Taste award winners, high in protein and low in carbs.
