Teriyaki Biltong is made with premium cuts of silverside grass fed beef that has been responsibly sourced from certified farms. Marinated in a blend of specially selected spices with a modern Asian twist that delivers a smoky aromatic flavour with high notes of Salt and Black Pepper. An amazingly tasty ready to eat snack that is bursting with protein and low in carbs and sugar. Biltong Without Compromise!

From the judges at The Guild of Fine Food – “Attractive, thinly sliced, dark, almost black pieces of biltong with a fresh meaty sweet aroma. The biltong releases lovely juices and sweet smoky flavours with a gentle hint of teriyaki. Well-balanced throughout. This has good beefy aromas on the nose and there is some moisture left in the strips as you chew. The promised smoky flavours are there and there is a good sweet/savoury balance. These are very neatly prepped pieces of healthy looking biltong. They are tender, chewy and juicy in the mouth and have a good level of salt which is just enough to make them moreish. There is lots of sweetness from the meat and seasoning and a gentle smoke to add another layer of interest.”

TERIYAKI BILTONG

Marinated in a blend of specially selected spices with a modern Asian twist that delivers a smoky aromatic flavour with high notes of salt and black pepper. Teriyaki biltong, as well as being absolutely delicious, is low in carbs and high in protein.

100g of Teriyaki biltong contains 57g of protein. That is because 100g of Teriyaki biltong starts off as 200g of grass feed beef before it is cured and dried using our traditional family techniques. You are in effect getting twice as much protein in half the serving.

Experts suggest the best snack pre and post workout is a combination of protein and carbohydrates which makes biltong a great option. It is why our snacks are the biltong of choice for the Army, Atlantic Rowers, Arctic Explorers  gym bunnies and endurance athletes.  Biltong is also a very popular snack amongst people following high protein diets such as Keto* or those that are simply looking for a ready to eat delicious snack that is a healthier alternative to others on the market.*

    Have seen reviews on here about the size of the bags. You get a lot of biltong but bag is resealable and you can store it in the fridge. Have been buying the selection boxes with the smaller bags. Nice mix and size.
